My Thoughts on Primary’s “Don’t Be Shy” Music Video

Primary releases a new track “Don’t Be Shy” featuring AOA’s Choa and Iron.

The song has a reggae melody and I think Primary did a great job selecting Choa as his featured singer because her vocals suit the song perfectly.

The video’s got a very strange dark style to it with Choa and the other girls looking kind of lifeless, playing with Pokemon cards and betting big bucks on the game. The table even previously had a oujia board on it with the pointer moving on its own… which is creepy and it shouldn’t be doing that… The girls even play with these creepy looking dolls. I thought it was a good idea to include this old school home video filming style to heighten the creepiness factor too.

Check out the music video below!

  1. I really like this song, I think the reggae melody was used well and didn’t come off tacky or out of place. Add on top Choas beautiful voice, Primarys mellow rapping and the deep dark old school video and this song instantly became a favorite of mine, always on replay. Glad to know you like it too 🙂
